After your account is created, the first thing you should do is set up your company information. This is used in quote emails and your admin panel.
**Step 1: Log in to Your Admin Panel**
Go to your admin panel login page and sign in with the credentials provided in your welcome email.
**Step 2: Navigate to Settings**
Click on **Step 1: Settings** in your admin panel navigation.
**Step 3: Fill in Your Company Details**
Complete the following fields:
- **Business Name** - Your company or trading name
- **Contact Phone** - Your business phone number
- **Website URL** - Your website address
- **Address** - Your business address
- **Currency** - Select your preferred currency (GBP, EUR, or USD). This is used when displaying service prices
- **Timezone** - Select your timezone for accurate quote timestamps
**Step 4: Save**
Click **Save Changes** to store your settings.

- Your business name appears in quote emails sent to customers
- Your contact details may be included in auto-reply emails
- Currency is used when displaying service pricing in quotes
