Widget Showing "Service Suspended" Message Print

If your widget displays a "Service Suspended" or "API disabled" message, your Vehicle Lookup account has been suspended.

**Why Was My Account Suspended?**

The most common reason is an overdue payment. When an invoice goes unpaid past the due date, RemappingWebsite.com automatically suspends the associated service.

**How to Fix It:**

1. Log in to your RemappingWebsite.com client area
2. Go to **Billing** > **My Invoices**
3. Find the overdue invoice
4. Click **Pay Now** and complete the payment
5. Your service will be automatically reactivated within minutes
6. Your widget will start working again — no website changes needed

**Other Possible Causes:**

- **Administrative suspension** - Contact support if your payment is up to date but the service is still suspended
- **Account terminated** - If your account was cancelled, the service cannot be unsuspended. You will need to purchase a new subscription

**What Do My Visitors See?**

While your account is suspended, visitors to your website will see either:
- A blank space where the widget was
- An error message indicating the service is unavailable

**Prevention:**

- Keep a valid payment method on file
- Enable auto-pay in your RemappingWebsite.com client area if available
- Pay invoices promptly when they arrive
- Check your email for payment reminders
