Once your Vehicle Lookup service has been fully terminated, the account cannot be directly reactivated.
**If You Want to Return:**
- You can purchase a new Vehicle Lookup subscription through the order process
- A new account will be created with a new API key
- You will need to update the API key on your website
- Your previous services, overrides, and settings will need to be reconfigured on the new account
**To Avoid This:**
- If you are considering cancellation, select "End of Billing Period" rather than "Immediate"
- This gives you time to change your mind before termination
- Contact support before the termination date to withdraw the cancellation request
**Tip:** If you are unsure about cancelling, consider downgrading to a lower plan instead. This keeps your account active with all your data and configuration intact while reducing your monthly cost.
