When your Vehicle Lookup service is terminated (either by immediate cancellation or at the end of your billing period), the following occurs:
**Immediately Upon Termination:**
- Your API key is disabled
- Your widget stops loading on your website
- VRM lookups stop working
- Visitors to your website will no longer see the Vehicle Lookup widget
**Your Data:**
- Your account data is retained in the system (soft delete)
- Services, performance overrides, and quote history are preserved for audit and record-keeping purposes
- Your data is not immediately deleted
**Your Website:**
- The widget code on your website will no longer function
- Visitors may see a blank space or an error where the widget was
- You should remove the widget code from your website after cancellation to keep your site clean
**Admin Panel:**
- You will no longer be able to log in to the admin panel
- If you need to access past quote data before cancellation, export it beforehand
