If you wish to cancel your Vehicle Lookup subscription, you can do so through your RemappingWebsite.com client area.
**How to Cancel:**
1. Log in to your RemappingWebsite.com client area
2. Navigate to **Services** > **My Services**
3. Click on your **Vehicle Lookup** service
4. Click **Request Cancellation**
5. Select your preferred cancellation type:
-**End of Billing Period** - Your service remains active until the end of your current paid period
-**Immediate** - Your service is terminated right away
6. Optionally provide a reason for cancellation
7. Confirm the cancellation request
**What Happens After Cancellation:**
- Your cancellation request is submitted for processing
- If you chose "End of Billing Period", your service continues working until the date shown
- If you chose "Immediate", your service is terminated promptly
- Once terminated, your API key is disabled and the widget will stop working on your website
**Can I Change My Mind?**
If you selected "End of Billing Period", you can contact support to withdraw the cancellation request before the termination date. Once a service is terminated, it cannot be reversed.
