How to Reactivate a Suspended Account Print

If your service has been suspended due to an overdue payment, reactivating it is simple.

**Steps to Reactivate:**

1. Log in to your Remapping Website client area
2. Go to **Billing** > **My Invoices**
3. Locate the unpaid/overdue invoice
4. Click **Pay Now**
5. Complete the payment using your preferred method

**What Happens Next:**

- Your payment is processed
- Your Vehicle Lookup service is automatically unsuspended
- Your API key is re-enabled
- Your widget starts working again on your website
- All your settings, services, and data remain exactly as they were

**Timeline:**
- Reactivation is typically instant once payment is confirmed
- For bank transfers or manual payments, reactivation occurs once the payment is marked as received

**No Website Changes Needed:**
Your website code does not need to be updated. The widget uses the same API key and will automatically start working once your account is active again.
