If your invoice is not paid by the due date, the following happens:
**1. Invoice Becomes Overdue**
- RemappingWebsite.com Client area marks your invoice as overdue
- Payment reminder emails are sent (frequency depends on your provider's settings)
**2. Service Suspension**
- After the configured overdue period, your Vehicle Lookup service is automatically suspended
- When suspended:
- Your API key is disabled
- Your widget stops loading on your website and displays an error
- VRM lookups stop working
- Your admin panel access may be restricted
**3. Your Data is Safe**
- No data is deleted during suspension
- Your services, overrides, quotes, colours, and settings are all preserved
- Suspension is temporary and fully reversible
**How to Restore Access:**
1. Log in to your RemappingWebsite.com client area
2. Navigate to **Billing** > **My Invoices**
3. Find the overdue invoice
4. Pay the invoice using your preferred payment method
5. Your service is automatically unsuspended within minutes
6. Your widget begins working again immediately
**Notes:**
- Suspension is automatic and handled by the billing system
- Once payment is received, unsuspension is also automatic
- No action is required on your website — the widget uses the same API key and will resume working once your account is reactivated
