Your Vehicle Lookup invoice includes the following line items, depending on your plan configuration:
**Subscription Charge:**
- The base subscription fee for your Vehicle Lookup service
**Configurable Options (if applicable):**
- **VRM Lookups** - The charge for your VRM lookup tier (Standard 650/month or Premium 1,500/month). If you selected "No VRM", this line may not appear or show as no charge
- **Remove Branding** - The charge for White Label/branding removal, if enabled
**Pro-Rata Charges (on upgrades):**
- If you upgrade mid-cycle, you may see a pro-rata charge for the remaining days in your current billing period at the new rate
**Invoice Frequency:**
- Invoices are generated based on your billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as configured)
- Payment is due on the date shown on the invoice
