When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, **all of your data is preserved**. Nothing is deleted or lost.
**What is preserved:**
- All your custom services (names, descriptions, prices)
- All your performance overrides (custom BHP/torque figures)
- All your quote history (past and current quotes)
- Your custom colours and gauge style
- Your company information and email settings
- Your API key (no change)
- Your admin panel login credentials
**What changes:**
- Your VRM monthly lookup limit (if you changed VRM tier)
- Your VRM usage counter (reset to 0 on upgrade)
- Your branding removal flag (if you added/removed White Label)
You do not need to reconfigure anything after a plan change. Your widget continues to work with the same API key and automatically reflects the new plan settings.
