You can downgrade your plan options through your RemappingWebsite.com client area.
**How to Downgrade:**
1. Log in to your RemappingWebsite.com client area
2. Navigate to **Services** > **My Services**
3. Click on your Vehicle Lookup service
4. Click **Upgrade/Downgrade Options**
5. Select lower plan options (e.g., Premium to Standard, or remove White Label)
6. Complete the process
**What Happens When You Downgrade:**
- **Reducing VRM lookups:** Your new lower limit takes effect. If you've already used more lookups than the new limit allows, VRM will be paused until the next billing cycle reset
- **Removing White Label:** The "Powered by" footer will reappear on your widget
- **All other features remain:** Your services, overrides, quotes, colours, and gauge style are unaffected
**Notes:**
- Downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle or immediately, depending on your RemappingWebsite.com configuration
- No data is lost when downgrading
- You can upgrade again at any time
