Billing Reset Date Explained Print

  • 0

Your VRM lookup credits operate on a monthly billing cycle tied to your subscription.

**How It Works:**

- Your VRM credit counter starts at 0 on each billing cycle
- Each VRM lookup adds 1 to the counter
- When the counter reaches your limit (650 or 1,500), VRM lookups are paused
- On your billing reset date, the counter resets to 0 and you have your full allowance again

**When Do Credits Reset?**

Your credits reset on your **billing reset date**, which is typically the same day each month as your subscription renewal. For example:

- If your subscription renews on the 15th of each month, your VRM credits reset on the 15th
- If you sign up on March 1st, your credits reset on April 1st, May 1st, and so on

**What Happens If I Upgrade Mid-Cycle?**

If you upgrade from Standard (650) to Premium (1,500) mid-cycle:
- Your new limit is applied immediately
- Your usage counter is reset to 0
- You get a fresh 1,500 lookups for the remainder of the cycle

**Can I Roll Over Unused Credits?**

No, unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle starts with a fresh allowance.
