When a customer submits a quote request through your widget, it is saved to your admin panel and an email notification is sent to your configured email address.
**Viewing Quotes:**
1. Log in to your admin panel
2. Navigate to the **Quotes** section from your dashboard
3. You will see a list of all received quotes with:
- Customer name and contact details
- Vehicle details (make, model, generation, engine)
- Requested services
- Performance figures
- Date submitted
- Quote status
**Quote Information Captured:**
Each quote request includes:
- **Customer:** First name, surname, email, telephone, postcode
- **Vehicle:** Make, model, generation, engine
- **Performance:** Stock BHP/torque, tuned BHP/torque, gains
- **Services:** Which of your remapping services the customer selected
- **Status:** Current status of the quote
**Managing Quotes:**
- **View Details** - Click on a quote to see the full information
- **Add Notes** - Add internal admin notes to a quote
- **Update Status** - Change the quote status as you progress (e.g., reviewed, contacted, booked)
- **Archive** - Move completed or expired quotes to the archive
**Email Notifications:**
- You receive an email notification for each new quote at your configured notification address
- If auto-reply is enabled, the customer receives an automatic confirmation email
- You can CC yourself on all quote communications
